I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was recently painted and had some cleanliness issues like paint stains on the carpet and a dirty ashtray, at least the sheets were clean. Having a kitchen was convenient, but there were a few cleanliness concerns. The price was fair, but it didn't feel like the best value for money.

I couldn't have asked for a better location, being only one block from the beach in a nice friendly neighborhood.
